Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Destinations and Estimated Delivery Times

• United States: 6–13 business days
• Canada: 6–13 business days
• Australia / New Zealand: 6–15 business days
• Ireland: 6–15 business days
• United Kingdom: 4–8 business days

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping to all available destinations. A standard shipping option may also be available depending on the order.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Liability and Delays Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Baylain is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.

Customs and Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in accordance with the legislation of the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
