How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in roughly 7–15 business days. You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

What if I change my mind?

As an EU customer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we add a voluntary 30-day return window on top. Email us for a full refund — no restocking fees. See our Refund Policy.

Are the lights really solar and wireless?

Yes. Every light charges from daylight and switches itself on at dusk. No cables, no outlet, no electrician needed.

Will they survive rain, frost and heat?

All outdoor lighting is IP65–IP68 weatherproof and built to live outside year-round.

Is my payment safe and are there hidden fees?

Checkout runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS certified system. For EU orders the price you see includes VAT, with no surprise fees. Orders shipped outside the EU may incur local customs duties.
